CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, names, logos, spellings, sizes, and customization details are accurate before placing an order.
Purple Trident Print is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during checkout or design confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject any design request that contains offensive, copyrighted, trademarked, illegal, hateful, or inappropriate content.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders require approximately 7 business days for production before shipment. Production times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes.
Once an order has been placed, it may not be modified or canceled once production has started.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship nationwide within the Philippines.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Purple Trident Print is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for redelivery.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be completed before production begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious activity.
Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases where:

- There is a verified manufacturing defect
Customers must report issues within 3 days of receiving the order and provide clear photo evidence.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Customer-provided spelling or design errors

- Delays caused by shipping carriers
