RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Purple Trident Print, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since most of our products are customized and made-to-order, please carefully review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.


CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect
  • The customization differs from the confirmed order details

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Customer spelling or design submission errors
  • Change of mind
  • Slight color differences caused by screen display settings
  • Normal minor printing or stitching variations

REPORTING AN ISSUE

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Failure to report the issue within the required timeframe may result in the request being denied.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are only available for eligible defective or incorrect items approved by our support team.

Approved exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Item must include original packaging when possible

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our production error.


RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.

Purple Trident Print is not responsible for returned items lost during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided
  • The order is officially canceled before production starts
  • The issue qualifies under our approved refund conditions

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because materials and production resources have already been allocated.
