Can I edit or cancel my order?
Orders may only be edited or canceled before production starts. Once production has begun, changes can no longer be made.

Most orders require approximately 5–7 business days for production depending on order volume and product type.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the Philippines usually takes around 3–5 business days after production is completed.
